Help make changes to Eatons Hill sub-development before it gets approved by Council

We, the undersigned request that any development approval for 49-51  Bunya Crossing Road be subjected to the following conditions:

1) Provision of a pedestrian access easement from the end of the existing Delta st cul-de-sac to Rivergum park;

2) Proposed lot sizes to respect the 600sqm minimum specified by council. The density of the proposed development is largely out of character with the adjoining Riversedge stage 1 and 2 block sizes.

3) Retention of the existing established native trees that currently provide a habitat to native wildlife and corridor between the South Pine river and Sargent Reserve.

4) Safe pedestrian access at top of Rivergum Drive cul-de-sac, that includes separate 10metre width for pedestrians, and reduce number of properties to access proposed driveway.
