Allow food trucks to keep using pop-up sites in Moreton Bay Regional Council

We are a mobile food truck business and, like many others like us, in these times of lock-down, rely heavily on the availability of approved pop up locations within the council. Today we received an email from the council team in charge stating that they decided to block that availability until lock-down is lifted.
As existing booking are cancelled and with the prospect of a possibly lengthy lock-down, we are facing a very grey future of no revenue for a very long time.
As all restaurants and cafes are still able to operate for take away only, something that we do by nature, it is clear that our group of Hospitality businesses has been targeted in a discriminatory manner with no explanation to justify the decision.
The allocated pop-up locations are all far away from existing businesses and in areas with limited or no access to nearby take away practices. Being there stops many customers from moving around as they can walk to us for a quality, hot and reasonably priced meal.
Let's convince the Council people responsible for this wrong decision to change their mind or allow for a conversation and find an alternative acceptable outcome.
