We are part of NCS, a government run initiative to inspire young people to become more vocal in helping to better their communities. As part of this we have found litter to be a major problem in areas of Birmingham such as Sparkbrook. We have therefore decided to start this petition, which calls for greater action from Birmingham City Council in combatting this issue . Specifically, we believe that if more general waste and recycling bins are put in place throughout Sparkbrook, this problem will be significantly reduced.
