I am a senior at CSUSB as a sociology major. I was unable to register in to any of my senior capstone courses because they were all full and closed for registration. I know that there are about 80 more seniors that are also facing the same issue and weren't able to register either. There were only about 7-8 senior capstone courses with 25 seats in all. This issue needs to be resolved for seniors who had already planned to graduate in the spring of 2023, but now causing seniors having to prolong their process to graduate in the summer. We need this petition to be signed if any other majors as well need more Senior Capstone classes for fourth-year students to be able to graduate on time. This is not fair and CSUSB needs more courses to be offered.
