Parking at MCAST is a significant issue, and the indoor parking is insufficient, especially when obtaining a parking permit takes a long time, often almost a year.

The parking problem is getting worse by the year, and this petition is being prepared to be presented to the MCAST administration/board in order to allow us, students, to park in wasted spaces around campus, such as the space between the ground and the business block, and the space between the long stairs leading to the business block and the ICS block.
