Children with disabilities have 1to1 in mainstream school these teachers should get more money for helping children with a lot of needs , it’s harder to teach and need to be teach at there level of needs 

parents get carers allowance

The child gets dla 

school get extra funding 

what do these teachers get ? I think they should have to hit target for each child as they all have different needs different understanding levels and behaviors if they hit there target set they get a bonus at the end of the year or even a pay rise has its alot harder looking after children with complex needs 

please share and sign these teachers should get better pay than a normal teachers  harder work and extra stress. 

I am not a teacher I’m a mum who thinks 1 to 1 should get a bonus for hitting targets give more insensitive to help these kids learn and to show all there hard work as payed off
