There have been many incidences over recent months and years where children and adults are being attacked and killed by dogs ! I believe that unregulated breeding is out of control and there are breeds of dogs which are potentially dangerous like the American bully which is banned in some countries ! I am a dog lover who has always had dogs but I am now worried at the increasing number of attacks on children and adults . More needs to be done to regulate dog ownership and breeding , things were never previously like this and people used to have to have a licence .
