Stop Monzo refusing people access to their money

Monzo has been closing hundreds of people's accounts and closing them without any notice or reason. As a regulated bank they are well within their right do to this however they the hold onto the money for weeks or even months on end. This caused distress for its customers as it means they are unable to buy necessities or pay bills. This is especially disturbing these times as more people are struggling for money then ever due to companies going bust, people losing jobs and people not being able to work. This means people are needing to take loans out until monzo decides to pay back there own money. This can have an unnecessary impact on people's mental health as depts can lead them down a bad path.

As a Bank Monzo have a responsibility to look out for their customers however they are failing to do so. I request that if Monzo decide to close customers accounts that they do not hold on to their money for long periods of time and not causing unnecessary distress.
