We Demand Election Integrity for the November 2, 2021 Montgomery County Election!
Immediate Request for a FULL Audit Prior to certifying the November 2, 2021 Montgomery County Election Results.
As a result of 16,000 defective ballots, lack of oversight and training for ballot counters, and non-compliance of the mail-in ballot process that occurred within the November 2, 2021 Montgomery County, Pa Election, the following taxpayers and citizens wish to start a petition to challenge the integrity of the electoral process, and final results.
We demand a full audit and potentially re-election that is free and fair for all.
Here is a summary of issues and outstanding questions with the November 2, 2021 election that occurred throughout Montgomery County, Pa.
* Around 16,000 incorrectly printed mail-in ballots were sent out to voters in Montgomery County. Election officials in Montgomery County said they were made aware of the error on early October, 2021. The voters who received the one-sided ballots were mailed new ballots and instructions to destroy the faulty ones. Yet many returned the one-sided ballot. Are we able to confirm individuals did not return BOTH ballots?
* There also were about 9,000 ballots with another printing issue that makes it so they cannot be read by the county's ballot scanners. The county is "following an established process for bi-partisan teams to recreate the impacted ballots to make sure every eligible vote is counted," according to a press release. Was there appropriate oversite for these teams? Who are these team members? How are we verify that these are authentic ballots? Who supervised the copies being made and making sure they have traceability from original ballot to the copy made to support an audit. They need to ensure that the voter’s intent is captured and accounted for and that a small group of people do not get to change their vote.
* Questions regarding the number of ballots that showed up after the November 2nd 8pm deadline. The process clearly stated that VOTED BALLOTS must be RECEIVED by your county election office by November 2, 2021 at 8 pm- postmarks are not enough. Why were additional ballots allowed after 8pm?
* Questions regarding the potential subverted chain-of-custody rules to make it impossible to discern who possessed completed ballots during the tabulating process
* Questions regarding controls to ensure those who submitted a mail-in ballot did not also vote in person.
*Questions regarding the enforcement of Third Party Ballot Delivery for Mail Voting. Many poll watchers observed an agent delivering a ballot without completing the following form - AUTHORIZE A DESIGNATED AGENT TO HELP YOU OBTAIN AND/OR RETURN YOUR MAIL-IN OR ABSENTEE BALLOT. These ballots were accepted at the poll.
*Questions on signature verification to ensure the appropriate registered voter completed and handed in the mail-in ballot
*Questions about how election results are reported online have led to confusion about the outcomes of dozens of races in one of Pennsylvania's most populous counties three days after Tuesday's election. The outcomes of the races to fill seats on at least eight Montgomery County school boards, which initially appeared to have been swept by insurgent Republicans, now are unclear, as are many other local races, according to GOP leaders who spoke to National Review on Thursday.
*Questions regarding security and oversight. Officials asked everyone to leave the room with no explanation. These concerns have been reported and not addressed by the election oversite committee.
We, the undersigned, demand our political leaders conduct a full audit prior to certifying the November 2, 2021 election results to ensure 100%c compliance free from Voter Fraud, Voter Suppression, and Other Election Crimes.
