I was horribly traumatized and injured as a Voluntary patient at Montana State Hospital in Warm Springs. This left me unable to function as I always did before entering the facuty for depression treatment.  I have never recovered completely; and it devastated my life. There was a class-action lawsuit I never was informed of; among many against this scary place.  My ability to support myself was gravely affected .Because of the short Malpractice Statute; I get told to forget any compensation. It destroyed my life.  I appeal to Governor Bullock to assist me in receiving Justice and compensation for years of suffering caused by this horrible place. Also; I feel the Malpractice Statute should be adjusted case by case; and/or allow exceptions depending on severity of injury .
