I was a victim of extreme negligence and abusive conditions in Montana State Hospital in 1990.  This was never resolved. Although a few received compensation from the class action lawsuit;  I did not ; because I was  never informed and the statute ran out. This is 2-fold.  I suggest that th,statute be tolled and or lengthened for those whom are too injured due to their injurious experience of abuse; as I'd have sought legal help if I was not still in a state of shock at the horrific maltreatment and dangerous circumstances at Montana State Hospital.
