Lower Speed Limit & Access Management on 93, Bottom of Evaro Hill to Muralts
0 have signed. Let’s get to 500!
With growing communities full with young drivers, family commuters and pedestrian and bicycle access HWY 93 with its high speeds and access has become a safety concern. Currently the speed limit is 70 mph and changes a mere 30 feet to 55 mph prior to reaching the WYE. Access from neighboring communities, schools and families to turn onto HWY 93 with such speeds has become treterous and does not support the long-term plan for this area to be commuter, pedestrian and bicycle friendly. We urge you to sign this petition to let Missoula City Council, West Valley Community Council and the Montana Dept. of Transportation the need for reduced speeds, pedestrian and bicycle friendly paths as well as access management be the utmost of importance to support our growing community.
