Icet Creek Crossing is a residential development in the City limits of Mont Belvieu. It has been brought to the attention of homeowners that the City of Mont Belvieu is considering using the streets of Icet Creek as a thoroughfare to other neighborhoods. This proposal of expansion would be extremely damaging to the residents of Icet Creek for many reasons. Safety for the families of Icet Creek is our number one concern! Excessive traffic, continued heavy equipment use, speeding vehicles, litter, will take a toll on the integrity of the homes, streets, and property values.
