As we all know that In current scenario what is most crucial thing for Young Indians - Its not the food not the shelter nor cloths but scarcity of Jobs.

Duet to high demand of jobs - Fraudster come in action working in organized and unorganized form and tries to loot hard earned money from innocent customers.

recently I have been part of such fraud more surprisingly it was from organized sector - Shine.com Brand. what they do they search person who need jobs and target them on account of registration charges and other add on charges which might not be necessary.

In my event they called me and demanded for Registration charges that was okay for me in start. In next call they came with a further invoice and I have also paid that in next call they again demanded further amount  at this time I have resisted but shine employee insisted that its part of investment for your career and somehow I managed the funds and paid them.

But I was surprised that they came with one more demand on next call again and this time Ii have not paid them as I found something Fishy and my Budget also exhausted. My question to shine  was that why at the time of profiling they have not accessed all package requirement for my profile? Why complete package detail were not shared at start of application? why they came up with final package only after I resisted to further entertain them?

Reason was that if they had told me that we are going to charge such amount may customer would decline at start and they could not achieve their sales target hence they kept me all time in the dark hollows. 

when I demanded for refund they denied that return is not possible as Invoicing has  been done and only option I have to reshuffle the services originally attached to my profile. 

However as per Indian Law there is no such mention of Non returning money on account of internal policies. Even on my denial of acceptance of services they forced me to starting their services and denied refund.

What came to my mind that if such a Legal Brand can loot Innocent Job Seekers then what will be the situation of others who are not doing Financially well and somehow mange to pay them and in last found them trapped in Dark Hollow.

I request you all to go through My petition and sign the same so at least we can stop unethical practices running at these organized portals. May be there are some more person who want to join me in this noble cause and want to join me in this change most required  in interest of innocent job seekers
