Mole Man will be fixed in 36.0 version of MCoC. This petition is created to convince Kabam that players think that his true accuracy ability is balanced and gives Mole Man posibility to compete with the best skill characters and isn't overpowered. Also Kabam didn't fix that for 16 months making us to believe that there is no problem at all.
