The Colorado River Union High School District Board President, Dr. Richard Cardone, and CRUHD Board Clerk, Carey Fearing, have failed at the purpose of their jobs as a Board Member; to provide all students with the finest education possible. Upon multiple occurrences the board President has disobeyed open meeting laws by NOT allowing the public to speak and ceasing the public from speaking; threatening to call the police, disobeyed the fact that the board should not participate in day-to-day functions with the school district, has down-right disrespected administration of the High School District. As well on multiple occurrences, Dr. Richard Cardone has made politically motivated actions on board meeting agendas that do not pertain to the education of the high school district students.
