After the recent bomb threats at our school, contacting guardians around school is a necessity. Schools remove service in order for students to stop texting in class. However, educators fail to notice that it's 2021, and using other sources can let us text in class. What we don't have is the ability to make seamless connective phone calls, if the situation called for it. This happened on October 7th, 2021. Students locked inside school fields unable to call parents to alert them about what was going on.
