Given the creation of New Decade, New Approach.There is now an imperative that the assembly and executive in Northern Ireland are restored without delay. We appreciate there are sensitive and difficult issues to deal with but we also feel there are massive benefits which outweigh those issues. Everything can be dealt with within a working government.
