There is a witch hunt to target the Police Inspector of Fatorda Police Station Mr. Kapil Nayak. This is in the aftermath of the recent National Highway Blockade at Fatorda lead by Fatorda Mla along with his supporters that caused inconvenience to the general public including the sick and old. The timely Intervention of the PI and his staff brought the situation under control without the use of force though the Police Personnel were obstructed in carrying out their duties and attempt was made to instigate the police for further forceful action. False cases today are being filed on the Police Inspector as well as threats issued to the Police Officer by certain people related to political parties with vested interests.

The people of Goa and Fatorda residents are proud to have such an upright Police Officer as Kapil Nayak and demand that he be retained and not transferred under political pressure. This will demoralise the entire police force as well as result in the public thinking that whatever politicans do they go scot free and there is one law for the politicians and another for the public. Fatordekars stand side by side with PI Kapil Nayak and demand his retention in Fatorda for the betterment and safety of Fatorda.
