বিগত বেশ কয়েক বছর ধরে আমাদের গ্রামের (পালসিট) সকল মানুষই ইন্টারনেটের সমস্যায় জর্জরিত। যে সমস্ত সিম কানেকশন বাজারে চলতি, প্রায় সবগুলোর কোনোটাই ব্যবহার করেই কোনো ফল হচ্ছেনা। বর্তমান লকডাউনের পরিস্থিতিতে সবাই নিজের বাড়িতেই রয়েছে। 'ওয়ার্ক ফর্ম হোম' কালচার ক্রমে মাথাচাড়া দিয়ে উঠছে প্রায় সব চাকরিক্ষেত্রেই। কিন্তু এইখানকার ইন্টারনেটের সমস্যা থাকায় কেউ ভালোভাবে কাজ করতে পারেনা। এছাড়াও বাচ্চাদেরও এখন স্কুল কলেজের পড়াশুনো, ক্লাস, টিউশন সবই অনলাইনে৷ সেসবেও অত্যন্ত অসুবিধা হচ্ছে৷  ছাদে বা উঠোনে কিম্বা বাড়ির সামনের রাস্তাতেও পর্যন্ত বেরোতে হয় সমস্ত কাজ সেরে উঠতে। এই বর্ষায় ইন্টারনেট পরিসেবার অবস্থা আরোই খারাপ। ঘরের ভেতর থেকে প্রায় কারো বাড়িতেই ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করা যায়না৷ 


For the past several years, all the people in our village (Palsit) have been plaguing by internet problems. Using almost all the SIM connections in the market is not working. In the current lockdown situation, everyone is at home. The 'work form home' culture is gradually gaining ground in almost all jobs. But no one can work well here because of the internet problem. In addition, the children/students have now online school, college studies, classes, tuition  Even so, You have to go out on the roof or in the yard or even on the street in front of the house to get all the work done. The condition of internet service is  worse in every monsoon. Internet could not be accessed  from inside the house also.
So under this circumstances ,you are requested to take the
 proper steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
