The 22nd Judicial District Court: Family Court is abusing the parents of young children through their harsh judgements on mother's and father's. The court will allow anyone to walk in and file emergency custody orders based on hearsay alone. No evidence is needed for Judge Amacker and her hearing officer's in family court. My child was taken from me because a woman claiming she was afraid for his life petitioned the court for sole custody and Judge Amacker just handed him over no questions asked. The petitioner claimed I have serious mental health issues and when I abided by the court and did what was needed, they claimed they never received it. Judge Amacker gave sole custody to my adoptive mother based on hearsay and not the facts of the case. I was treated like a criminal and no amount of evidence would sway Judge Amacker to rule in my favor. She chooses to believe lies and hearsay from my non-biological family. The woman granted sole custody of my 3 year old son is in no way biological related to her. She stole my son with help from Judge Amacker. #corruption in the judicial system
