Dear Americans,

State Prosecutor /Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron has failed to handle the case of Breonna Taylor and has even been part of the cover up of her murder by the hands of police. He is unfit to serve and needs to be removed from office so Breonna Taylor can have justice.

He is no longer competent to handle this case thus he needs to be removed from office as a state prosecutor.  He is serving to block the progress and investigation and refuses to give updates on why the officers haven’t been arrested.

Here are the facts:

1. He has REFUSED to speak to the mother of Breonna Taylor “When Breonna’s Mother Tamika asked to speak with him, he had someone else call her.

2. Three months have passed — The official incident report states that Ms. Taylor suffered no injuries — yet we know she was shot at least eight times. That alone is a coverup that he is aware of. Such a major discrepancy alone should result in the arrest of the officers involved. As a state prosecutor for him to allow an official incident report that states she has NO INJURIES— despite being shot EIGHT TIMES- is a massive discrepancy that he has yet to acknowledge and thus making him part of the coverup.

3.The LMPD officers claim they announced themselves before forcing their way into Ms. Taylor’s apartment — but her boyfriend who was with her, as well as several neighbors, all say that this is untrue. Hence they were granted a “no knock” warrant. They are lying.  The officers did indeed have a no knock warrant. Why would they announce themselves? Again another major discrepancy.

4. “Three months have passed — and zero arrests have been made, and no officers have been fired. It doesn’t take this long to arrest these officers— which is directly the responsibility of the State Attorney. Which he is refusing to do. Without stating a reason as to why.  He needs to be removed from office.

5. The LMPD’s investigation was turned over to his office, and yet all of the officers involved in the shooting remain employed by the LMPD.

Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly and Officers Myles Cosgrove and Brett Hankison must be held accountable for their actions.”

6. Taylor, 26, who was studying to become a nurse, was shot eight times by officers conducting a narcotics investigation on March 13. No drugs were found at her home.

7. The city of Louisville last week banned the use of controversial “no-knock” warrants. Thus signifying that the officers that killed Breonna did indeed use a no knock warrant and did exactly that.

These are the rules on how a state prosecutor can be removed I checked off with a green arrows as to show which grounds he can and should be removed on.

§ 7A-66. Removal of district attorneys.

The following are grounds for suspension of a district attorney or for his removal from office:

(1) Mental or physical incapacity interfering with the performance of his duties which is, or is likely to become, permanent; ✅

(2) Willful misconduct in office; ✅

(3) Willful and persistent failure to perform his duties;✅

(4) Habitual intemperance;✅

(5) Conviction of a crime involving moral turpitude;

(6) Conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice which brings the office✅

into disrepute; or

(7) Knowingly authorizing or permitting an assistant district attorney to commit

any act constituting grounds for removal, as defined in subdivisions (1)

through (6) hereof.

I have checked the grounds on which he can and should be removed. Please sign my petition!

Let’s get Breonna Taylor Justice and have him removed! Thank you.
