Problem
Timothy Wonish accepted a plea deal at the end of October, 2018 for his part in hogtying and strangling Kenneth Allen in his Washington, Missouri home.

The lack of remorse and accountability he showed in a courtroom packed with citizens was atrocious.

As citizens, we have protested in front of the courthouse numerous times trying to stop lenient plea deals that we did not stand behind as tax paying citizens of Franklin County, Missouri.
We packed the courtroom as we watched Timothy Wonish accept a plea deal that gave him less time than the man before him was facing for marijuana.

We grieved for Ken's family as they took the blow of a miscarriage of justice knowing that he was not even marked as a violent offender and would only be required to serve around a third of his already too lenient sentence.

Now, less than two months after we watched him accept the plea deal that we did not support, it has been announced that he will be up for parole in February.

As taxpaying citizens, we do not stand behind his release. He is a dangerous criminal who played a part in viciously murdering a man. We do not want him around our children and families. He has not come close to serving enough time and we want nothing less than the maximum sentence that is allowed.

Solution
He need a to serve the full sentence.
