Ethan Gene Warner was born on July 8, 2011. He was a very outgoing happy little boy growing up. In 2014, a man named Jerry Penticuff (aka JP) came into this family's life and showed them he cared and had them all fooled! On October 29th 2014, Ethan was hurt, his mom was at work, his older sister was at school and his twin sister was too young to know. JP told everyone that Ethan fell into the bath tub full of hot water. But Ethan was only burned on his front side, his face, chest, stomach, testicles, and thighs. Ethan was a strong, brave little boy going through his last few days. On November 2, 2014 the unexpected happened, Ethan came back from a debriment and his oxygen levels wouldn't get back up, Ethan's heart rate was dropping, for 30 minutes the doctors tried so hard to bring him back but Ethan's little body couldn't handle it. About 11:30am Ethan passed away. His momma, sisters, and all his family miss him so much.
On March 13th 2015, Jerry was charged with 2nd degree murder. On December 9th 2015, Jerry pleaded guilty to 2nd degree child abuse. And we did the sentencing today instead of waiting. Jerry got 10 years.
