Sebastion Molane started this petition to Mississippi State Senate and

THE NEW PAROLE ELIGIBLITY LAW IS DISCRIMINATORY BECAUSE IT SINGLES OUT A GROUP OF VIOLENT OFFENSES AND DENY THEM A SECOND CHANCE THAT IS AFFORDED TO OFFENDERS WHO HAVE COMMITTED THE SAME VIOLENT OFFENSES BECAUSE OF THE FATE OF THE VICTIM  THAT IS NOT FAIR VIOLENCE IS VIOLENCE AND IF YOU ALLOW ONE VIOLENT PERSON A SECOND CHANCE YOU SHOULD APPLY THE LAW TO ALL VIOLENT OFFENSES THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCHES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHO IS MORE VIOLENT THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AN MURDER IS THE VICTIM DIED THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AN ARM ROBBERY AND CAPITAL MURDER IS THE VICTIM DIED  THE WHY IS ONE VIOLENT OFFENSES ELIGIBLE AND THE OTHER ISNT  WHEN ITS THE SAME VIOLENT ACT JUST A DIFFERENT OUT COME ONE VICTIM DIED AND THE OTHER DIDN'T .IF ONE VIOLENT OFFENSE IS ELIGIBLE SO SHOULD THEY ALL
