There are people being murdered in Jefferson Davis County without justice being served. I am a victim of how poorly police investigations are conducted as my son was brutally murdered on 11/14/2021. As i proclaimed my outrage more than ten other families have come forward regarding the same issues. We need justice to prevail and perhaps some of this injustice can be prevented. The same officials have been in office throughout this reign of terror & incompetence in Prentiss, MS of Jefferson Davis County. The sheriff Ron Strickland, the investigator John Tolar and the D.A. Hal Kittrel and Judge Prentiss Harrell. Families have gone to law officials before and the press and there have been no changes. The police showed up to the crime scene, where my son was killed, allowed a civilian to walk the crime scene, allowed the murderers son to IDENTIFY my son's body, allowed the killers to REMAIN at the house and contaminate the crime scene as the crime scene was their yard, and did not bring ANYONE in for questioning while FOUR of the perpetrators were right there in front of them. It is high time someone made some changes in Jefferson Davis county, because, if this continues, no one is safe!!
