My Brother, Taderrius M. Scruggs was convicted off “ hearsay“ with no concrete evidence of the allege crime that took place on  April 07, 2015 in Corinth Ms. He was released from Jail on June 4, 2015. Taderrius have never been in any kind of trouble in his life, he has a clean record. Taderrius is the type of person that was always giving back to his community and the surrounding area which he was giving out free hair cuts to children and passing out box of food for families in need. On March 1, 2019 Taderrius Scruggs had to be in court for this same case with his Cousin Edward who was the one that they found the evidence involved Taderrius allege “arm robbery case” which no one got hurt or harmed just a wallet stolen. This would be Taderrius first-offense and Corinth Ms, gave him 40 years with 25 to serve on a case that have been tampered with. If my brother was involved in this case, he should take accountability for his actions but no one deserves to be thrown away without any proof or on a harmless mistake! My brother is a good person he probably was at the wrong place at the wrong time and he deserves someone to look into his case and make the right decision so he can come home and continue being the great leader he once was and known as! Somebody please help US…. One day it could be your child or your child children if this mess doesn’t stop!!!! It’s not a black or white thing it’s the Law!!!!
