Listen, as a SA victim myself, I now realize I should have spoke up. Even if most victims are to speak up, most would be turned down for reason of no proof. As most cases work they all end up as the victim's word vs the assaulter's word. In the end most to all victims don't win. My friend has a case for her SA and it keeps getting pushed back. She has to live with that pain every day and he lives right across the road from her. In most cases there's at 99% chance that he will live a life of freedom and may even not be added to the registered sex offender list. As I finish this I want you to think about how many victims you could potentially save beforehand by putting the assaulters away. There are hundreds maybe even thousands of victims, female or male, that haven't been given the peace of justice because the system is corrupt. The system is based off the opinion of white men which is biased solely on sexist and protective thoughts. Meaning they protect each other while hurting everyone else. We deserve justice. I was only 8 as most victims were not only below the age of 13 but also abused for years, most likely by a family member. We can't trust. We can't even try to fight since most of us are scared to get turned away. Prove that you are doing right by the people by giving us justice. From now on. You can't change the past but maybe you can save our future.
