Problem
As a part of the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Mississippi College, we as accelerated nursing students complete a total of 63 hours to meet program requirements. However, for accelerated students to receive Latin honors we must meet the school requirement of 65 hours in which the ABSN program did not inform us. Since we as ABSN nursing students are short 2 credit hours to meet the Latin honor requirement, we have been deemed ineligible. We consider this to be unfair because we were not properly informed and we have worked so hard and we wish to be recognized of this hard work on graduation day!

Solution
With the help of YOUR signature, we are in hopes that we can get this appealed in time for graduation and that ABSN students who are well deserving of their honors will be recognized!
