Whenever patient's visit major government hospitals like AIIMS, vmmc, gbpant ,rml,etc, They suffer more due to the ailing medical system then due to the body ailment itself .Long line's in appointment section ,for doctor, for diagnosis centre, for reports and shockingly long waiting periods for emergency surgeries also. Patient's and their attendants have to wait for long hours and problem is that where do they wait /rest , some hospitals like AIIMS Delhi have few waiting rooms available but with negligible seating area when  compared with  the requirement. Then where do these patients wait whole day & sometimes whole night - in the subways ,footpaths, outside metro stations .Many patients die in lines waiting for their no . This incapability of the system generates frustration on both ends patient & doctor side which sometimes results in friction inbetween doctors and patients . I'm observing AIIMS from past one year as I'm student here and few more hospitals in Delhi ncr region and I've got an idea for this problem . I'm working on a project to build a platform where patient will be in contact from the medicinal professionals - interns who will take patient's clinical history & notedown symptoms through the digital platform and then forward the record to the doctor and accordingly doc. Prescribes a treatment plan with diagnosis and procedures required and forward it to the medical administration - section for diagnosis appointments and finally we come up with a proper plan then we present it to the patient digitally so that the whole treatment complete in a fixed  amount of time and patient will be visiting hospital only when hospital system is fully prepared for the patient's treatment.This whole service we will be providing in return of a minimum amount .This will reduce the pressure of our medical system and will also reduce the sufferings of patients.
