I started this petition so those of us who are in support of keeping masks optional here in MISD can have a voice. Some local districts are implementing mask mandates, and there are petitions circulating to have MISD follow. Some petitions are requesting mask mandates for children as young as K-3, which has never been requirement in our district.  I believe that parents need to be able to be allowed to make the best choice for our children and families.
