No one agreed to have anything from the HOA, whether good or bad, reported to any credit agencies. Please take this as our formal demand that we DO NOT agree to this! We did not sign any credit reporting document with the HOA! We do not authorize you to share our information to any credit bureau or any other entity. Per the indentures signed upon purchase, only those means are to be used for non payment.
