As owners of a condo in Mirador 1000, my husband and I do not support any changes to the previously agreed upon variances. Noise carries unusually far along the bay and it disturbs our peaceful enjoyment of our properties. There are more than enough options on Ocean Drive for those who want late night clubs and restaurants.

I have been a West Avenue resident for 20 years. This is a residential neighborhood and it needs to stay that way. This proposed late night bar and restaurant will not be an "upscale addition" to West Avenue. It will be nothing but an unnecessary nuisance. The developers don't live here -- we do. They should not be allowed to profit at our expense.

This is going to destroy all the ambiance of this neighborhood. People have the right to enjoy where they live. They didn't choose to live near a bar. Don't force this awful decision on them because of developers greed.

This new proposed bar/restaurant/club will destroy our quiet residential neighborhood. My condo is two blocks away. I STRONGLY OPPOSED IT !!!!!!

The Bay side of South Beach should stay residential friendly. This proposed change to the 2013 mandates do not belong on this side of The Beach. This type of proposed actions belong in the entertainment district, and should not be approved by elected officials whose duty is to reflect their constituents’ desires, not “pay to play” developers ventures.

we don't want noise, pubs open late and all the problems that come with it, families with small children live here.

We want to maintain our dog park and neighborhood feel; we don’t need noisy, brightly lit bars in this area
