We, the voters of the state of Minnesota, demand an immediate end to Tim Walz’s “emergency” powers and the restoration of the legislature.

We are in every district of Minnesota, representing political ideologies of both Democratic and Republican voters, as well as independent voters.

Come next year, we will vote against every representative that continues to allow Tim Walz to control every facet of our lives. We believe in checks and balances, full representation and a balance of power. 

We are are parents, business owners, young, old, liberal, conservative, nurses, black, white, mixed race and ethnicities. This effort is a bipartisan petition to end the real emergency in Minnesota, which is the destruction of democracy. 

Our children are depressed, some are suicidal, our special needs children are not getting services, our seniors are literally dying of loneliness, our kids are unable to play sports, interact with others, Minnesotans are increasingly turning to alcohol and drugs to cope, our businesses are failing, we are going bankrupt, we are exhausted, we are more miserable than anyone could possibly imagine. 

We have had enough. Absolutely enough. Tim Walz does not represent the best interests of Minnesota and any Representative that continues to vote against ending his powers WILL be voted out at the next election. Every member of the House of Representatives will be getting a signed copy of this petition. 

Once you find that a very significant number of Minnesotans have had too much dictatorship, I urge you to re-evaluate whether you want to stay in office or whether you want to start looking for a new job.
