I’m a graduate of Saint Anthony Village High School and I was appalled when I learned more about African American history at a 3 hour protest than in the 6 years I’d attended STA. I want schools all over Minnesota to have a required course taught by a Black teacher who would have full control on how the class would be taught. A course dedicated to educate children from 6th to 12th grade about African American history.

On the Minnesota Department of Education it states that the deadline for Social Studies review Information was on June 30th 2020 and that the social studies review are only evaluated once every ten years.

WE CANNOT WAIT ANOTHER 10 YEARS!
