Listening and/or Learning music can help with pain, anxiety and reading/language skills. If we had more classes like learning sound engineering instead of just band, choir and orchestra. I feel like more students would want to take music classes which would help them. If you are in school and you get stressed about a test or start getting cramps, music can help with those things. Especially if its music that you enjoy. Which is what you would be doing if you took a class like Sound engineering, making your own music that you enjoy.
