In India, Currently each vehicle like two wheelers,car etc are required to take Pollution Under Control Certificate at every six month. remembering such dates, getting in done in queue and keeping small paper with you everytime and paying to get such certificate is complete waste of resources.

Till date in any forum nobody could explain logic behind the same except indicating that this kept like that so govt or traffic police can earn money whenever they wish.

People are doubting govt because of reasons like

1. Till date no vehicle is rejected to get PUC

2. Vehicle on road if exiting dark smoke but having PUC is allowed.

3. New vehicles or car with latest engine need PUC after one year

4. PUC has to do more with vehicle manufacturing co for vehicle engine and govt for better fuel.what users will do?

Govt must rethink and stop wastage of resources.
