I have come across people who have been sold these devices by supposed behaviour experts and quite frankly I think its disgusting. They are cruel and ineffective.

this is total cruelty and I believe it should be banned. No animal deserves this kind of treatment. Maybe the humans using these should have it tried on them first so they can see how it feels..
