Filing of RTI requests online, States must provide an online portal

Right to information act and Digital India are the two things, which have the capacity to curb corruption in governance if used in its functioning. The goverment of India has already started a online portal for filing RTI requests. It is a well known fact that an individual will usually have more questions directed towards the state government than the central goverment, as state goverments influence the majority of the things which surround a citizen.
Despite the popular Digital India initiative, a majority of the state governments are yet to provide a facility for the filing of RTI applications online. Friends, if the state goverments provide an online portal, every youth will take part in questioning the goverment, which will lead to increased transparency and accountability of the state goverment. Also, by doing so we save paper and time wasted in filing RTI offline. I have directed this petition to the Prime Minister of India and the Ministry of personnel and public grievances, so that they can issue a notification making the facility of "ONLINE RTI PORTAL for states" a mandatory.
Sign this petition to make the state goverments know that the Youth of this country will not spare corruption.
