In my organisation Notice period was 30 days when I joined. But after 2 years they change the notice period policy to 60 days without any discussion or employee survey. They sent one link in organisation portal and forcefully made employees to accept the new policy. There was no other way to not to accept the policy as without accepting that policy employee was not able to mark his attendence.
