In December 2012 13 month old Poppi Worthington was subjected to the most brutal of sexual attacks and subsequently she lost her little life.  2 coroners and a high court judge have publicly stated that it was her father that committed this heinous crime but because of police failings he has walked free. He has never been charged despite her DNA being found on his penis. The perpetrator of this crime was placed on the witness protection programme in 2016 at a cost of £50,000 per year which is paid for by the tax payer. This cannot continue.  We the people call for an independent review of the cps decision and for Paul Worthington to be charged and tried for his crimes against 13 month old Poppi Worthington. Poppi deserves justice and the children of this country deserve to be protected.
