On "24th feb 2020" A guy was  seen with a gun on Road he also pointed it to a Cop on the streets of Delhi. 

According to the sources the name of the guy was Shahrukh, Whereas Ravish Kumar a News reporter of NDTV INDIA said it on his show "PRIME TIME WITH RAVISH KUMAR" that He is not Shahrukh but he is Anurag Mishra and he tarnished image of not only Anurag Mishra but the whole Hindu community of the Country. His main aim was to show that the guy is not muslim . 

Now as police has got hold of it and it's clear that the culprit's name is Shahrukh.
