1. The year 2020 has been an year of epidemic and the present Corona virus situation in  India  is grave and is not sighted to end anytime soon . The spread of virus in India is reaching 2 lac mark , the stage of community spread is already arrived long time back.

2. Under the present situation no parents will be comfortable sending their wards to schools as schools can be a super spreader of  the corona virus , however government is considering the proposal of opening of schools from July/ August . The present situation does not allow any parent to take risk and send their wards to schools especially kids upto class 5 as it is difficult to make them understand and follow the norms of social distancing and use of mask at all times in school.

3. It is requested from the government to at least keep the schools till class 5 closed for  complete year of 2020 and provide education through online method as opening of schools will result in having serious consequences with the lives of little kids .

4.Hence  no schools till class 5 and minimised attendance for senior classes is being petitioned to the government of India
