Since, the pandemic due to Covid19 has started, the economic condition of nations, states, companies and people have declined drastically. In this pandemic, Many guidelines regarding education have been made and revised a number of times. But paying the fee of institutions have been a challenging issue for the parents of the nation. The institutions are providing online classes and charging the same fee despite the students facing more expenditure in arranging Smartphones, laptops, Internet connection and many other. The thing that strikes directly to the mental condition of the student and parent is that the FINE imposed on students on late submission of fee. Different institutions charge different Fine charge According to the size of the heart, greed and the bank account they have.

Parents are arranging all these facilities and stuffs with more difficulties than before because of unemployment in the pandemic and on that the institutes are imposing FINE and charges( invalid) on the students. If the student fails to submit the fee with the fine and charges then they are abandoned from getting entry in the classes and attendance. Late fee->No class-> no attendance-> no study . Whatever be the condition, money matters everywhere, where should the poor and middle class go??? 

This petition targets the institutions that charge heavy fee and fine on late submission of fee and force the parents and students to submit within due date during the tough time of the pandemic. This cruelty of the institutions must be stopped and this petition raises the voice against such cruelty over students and parents acroos the nation.
