Problem
KVS teachers won cases in various courts like CATs and High Courts in different parts of India against denial of Pension to KVS teachers/employees as KV Sangathan got CPF option smartly, after the cut off date i.e. 30/09/1987 as per DOPT Circular dated 01/05/1987 issued on behalf of President of India.

Solution
A few teachers were issued Pension Payment Orders due to contempt orders issued by various Courts, but later KVS filed a fractured/defective SLP in Supreme Court to deny pension to the remaining eligible teachers. Our humble request to MHRD/MOF is to withdraw SLP from Supreme Court and stop further brutalisation of poor teachers at this fag end of their life.
