Taking advantage of the covid-19 lockdown,all private educational institutions are paying only 40- 50%of the salary to their employees, from top to bottom of the rung, though the institute is functioning well ,due to the efforts of the employees, who make it possible by working online, with overtime work and heavy work load due to reduction of faculties,full fees being paid by the students though,
Some educational Institute terminate the employees and function with reduced staff ,
with the objective of maximizing profits , most of the institutions have not implemented 6th pay commission even
