In lockdown 3.0 Central government has declared entire DELHI as Red zone. DELHI has been able to contain Covid in the 97 containment zones declared by it. Is it not prudent to lockdown these 97 containment zones and declare the remaining as green zone as suggested by DELHI CM as well. It is a fact that Corona has come to stay for a while, but marking entire DELHI as Red is only going to drain the economy further and hamper the livelihood of the people of DELHI. 
Although their will be increase in the no. Of cases Post lifting of lockdown but adequate measures have been taken to contain the infected as stated by DELHI CM. 
As data all over the world shows Covid is the new norm of life and Life must go on.
