Kalafhi Medical Center should stop exploiting employees, partners, and contractors.

Kalafhi medical center was opened in 2018 by Dr. Matlhogonolo Mongwa and her husband Mr. Barolong Mouwane. From day one, they have not been able to retain any of their employees due to the extremely toxic environment they created in their businesses. They are so abusive that not only does it cause employees to leave without notice, some have had to be put on medication due to depression. They have frustrated employees like receptionists and almost monthly a new receptionist has to be employed. They took advantage of all of their doctors more especially those doctors who were from Zimbabwe. They were being paid less than a nurse, which is less than half of the average doctor's salary in Botswana. All of this is because of greed, by degrading hard-working human beings so that they can push their agenda of opening a new clinic every couple of months. This inhumane treatment is not only restricted to their employees but extends to third-party contractors and partners. They constantly breach contracts to expand their businesses at the expense of other local businesses in Botswana by not compensating them for their services. Anyone who cries foul play and demands their payment is always threatened and intimated by Barolong Mouwane. He threatens that he will block them from having another job, claiming to have connections in high places. Such people don’t deserve to have employees or business partners and this kind of abuse towards workers, partners, and contractors should come to a stop!

We are asking the Government of Botswana to help us stop these people from being allowed to operate and run a corrupt business, which has immensely caused disruptions and economic losses in hard-working people's lives.
