Income tax and GST exemption for who pay hospital bills from taxed Salary.

Salaried persons support the government by paying taxes, but when their family members are hospitalized they pay the bills from their taxed money exceeding the exempt limit of 15000INR, where it is the primary responsibility of the government to provide health care to it's citizens. When some of the family members hospitalized they pay from their savings done for the retirement or children education or by borrowing it from relatives and friends. While the people suffer emotional stress, this financial burden takes long time for them to recover. Especially people who have either minimal health insurance coverage or NIL coverage suffer a lot. People may sell their business, houses or compromise on their children's education too. Any of this is done then it will impact the government indirectly.
We request the government support people who pay taxes regularly by exempting the complete amount paid for hospital bills from tax until it covers the total amount paid. If the total expense is not covered in a single assessment year then it must be carried forward for the subsequent years until the total amount is exempted. Also the government could reimburse GST tax paid through the hospital bills unless they have insurance coverage.
