Change the Tunisian diplomatic mission in Canada NOW || Changez la mission diplomatique tunisienne au Canada MAINTENANT!

This is a call to the Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians and the Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Othman Jerandi to IMMEDIATELY change the Tunisian Diplomatic mission in Canada, including the Tunisian Embassy in Ottawa and its staff as well as the Tunisian Consulate in Montreal and its staff.

The Minister and the Ministry are professionally and ethically responsible to assess their Diplomatic Missions and make sure they are *properly* tending to the affairs of Tunisian residents in Canada.

The above mentioned Embassy and Consulate have FAILED to serve Tunisians and foreigners who wish to visit, for years now. They do not answer phone calls nor emails in a prompt manner, and take months to complete the simplest of tasks. Not only that, but Tunisian residents in Canada often had no option but to go IN PERSON (from all over Canada including BC, NL, NS, etc to Montreal and Ottawa) to either find that their files have not been processed at all or it has been processed and it has been sitting there for months with no notification. This is not to mention the unprofessional demeanour and condescending manners and tones of the staff.

 For a plethora of scenarios on how this diplomatic mission have UTTERLY FAILED, you can simply go to the social media profiles of these entities and read the comments or access their Google reviews.

If you have had, or have known someone who had, a negative experience with the above mentioned entities, we are calling on you to please sign this petition and include your experience in the comments section.

Changer la mission diplomatique tunisienne au Canada MAINTENANT!

Cet appel est lancé au ministère des Affaires étrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l'étranger sous la direction de son ministre, M. Othman Jerandi pour changer IMMÉDIATEMENT la mission diplomatique tunisienne au Canada, y compris le personnel de l'Ambassade de Tunisie à Ottawa ainsi que celui du Consulat à Montréal.

Le ministre et le ministère sont professionnellement et éthiquement responsables d'évaluer leurs missions diplomatiques et de s'assurer qu'elles s'occupent *correctement* des affaires des résidents tunisiens au Canada.

L'ambassade et le consulat mentionnés ci-dessus ONT ÉCHOUÉ à servir les Tunisiens et les étrangers qui souhaitent visiter la Tunisie, et ceci depuis des années. Ils ne répondent pas aux appels téléphoniques ni aux e-mails et mettent des mois à accomplir les tâches  les plus simples. Non seulement cela, mais les résidents tunisiens au Canada n'avaient souvent pas d'autre choix que de se rendre EN PERSONNE (de partout au Canada, y compris la Colombie-Britannique, les Pays-Bas, la Nouvelle-Écosse, etc. à Montréal et à Ottawa) pour constater que leurs dossiers n'avaient pas du tout été traités ou bien que ça été traité depuis des mois sans notifier les intéressés. Sans parler du comportement non professionnel et des manières et des tons condescendants du personnel.
